Apply to Events with One Tap in Hex5
When an event accepts in-app applications, Hex5 lets you apply and secure your spot — right from your phone. Just follow these four simple steps 👇
Zoom in/out and pan the map to discover events.
Tap the event’s date marker to open the event panel.
Swipe up to view full details.
Scroll to select your preferred participation (e.g., 10×10 tent).
Tap Apply for Review.
Your organizer is notified instantly.
Open the Events tab to see application status.
When accepted, you’ll receive a notification.
You have 48 hours to pay and secure your spot.
Complete payment right inside Hex5 (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, or card).
Once payment is confirmed, your status updates to paid.
Tip: You can chat with the organizer from your application card at any time if you have questions.
Tip: You can withdraw anytime before paying.
